What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?
Raw Hair is minimally processed and maintains its natural texture. Because it is collected from donors, each bundle may vary slightly in color and texture.
Virgin Hair is 100% human hair that has not been chemically processed. It is designed to provide a soft, natural appearance and can typically be styled and maintained with proper care.
Do your wigs come pre-styled, or can I customize them?
Human hair can generally be colored; however, we strongly recommend having coloring or bleaching performed by a licensed professional. Chemical processing may affect the texture and longevity of the hair.
Can I curl or straighten the hair?
Yes! Because our hair is 100% human hair, it can be curled or straightened. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to help maintain the quality and longevity of the hair.
Can I dye or bleach your wigs and hair extensions?
How many bundles do I need?
The number of bundles depends on the length you’re purchasing.
- 10–16 inches: 2–3 bundles
- 18–22 inches: 3 bundles
- 24–28 inches: 3-4 bundles
- 30 inches and longer: 4 or more bundles
For a fuller look, additional bundles may be needed.

How do I care for my human hair?
To keep your hair looking its best:
- Wash with sulfate-free shampoo.
- Deep condition regularly.
- Use a heat protectant before styling.
- Sleep with a satin bonnet or on a silk pillowcase.

You can, but we recommend taking extra precautions. Swimming, sweat, and friction can affect the lace and adhesive. Proper cleaning and maintenance are important after swimming or extended wear.
How often should I wash my wig or extensions?
This depends on how often the hair is worn and the amount of product used. Generally, washing after several wears or when there is noticeable product buildup is recommended.
What products do you recommend for maintaining the longevity of your hair?
We recommend sulfate-free shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, a quality leave-in conditioner, and a heat protectant. Avoid heavy products that cause buildup.
How do I properly store my wigs and extensions?
Store wigs on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain their shape. Extensions should be clean, completely dry, and stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available in your area, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout. Otherwise, all orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.
Do you accept returns?
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date, provided items meet all requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
To be eligible, products must be completely unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Hair products that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, or removed from their packaging are not eligible for a return.
How do I exchange or return an item?
